Tim is Director of Serco Health with 12 years experience in a consultancy environment. Tim leads the firm’s strategic planning and performance improvement capacity and has worked on a number of leading edge projects both in the NHS and the private health care sector including whole systems reviews (e.g. in Leeds, performance improvement/financial recovery programmes, South Tees, York, public/private partnership exercises, Nuffield and Newcastle Hospitals NHS Trust, private health care reviews, HCA (London Bridge), Nuffield.)
