Dr Rufus Helm
Rufus is a Director of SDC Consulting. He trained in medicine and practiced for four years before joining a Big Five consultancy in 1992. Over the past ten years he has focused upon healthcare strategic planning and has completed numerous projects with a range of healthcare and non-healthcare clients in both public and private sectors. His main areas of expertise include strategic planning, service modelling and the implementation of change.
