Stephen Lenehan
Stephen has over 6 years of experience working within the healthcare sector. He has worked both strategically and operationally for large acute NHS Trusts on General Management, Clinical Governance, Risk Management, Clinical Effectiveness and Education & Research issues. He has also undertaken several performance improvement projects within the NHS.
With SDC Consulting, Stephen has worked as a Consultant on a variety of projects for both NHS and Private Healthcare clients, including strategic reviews, numerous PFI developments and the redesign of models of care.
