Lynda Cox
Lynda is a Senior Consultant working on capital developments for SDC, with specific emphasis on PFI and project advisory support to NHS Trusts and PFI Consortia, covering the development and interpretation of clinical policies, models of care and business cases.
Lynda has wide-ranging experience across the NHS, having worked within the NHS on major capital schemes acting as lead PM for Trusts. Lynda has also managed Estates & Facilities Departments.
Lynda is an experienced healthcare planner/project manager with training in Project Management and Estates and FM. Lynda is able to plan and execute projects, work to deadlines and achieve results in a focussed and resourceful manner and through her health care planning experience is able to deal with complex situations and projects in a resourceful, flexible and innovative manner. Lynda is experienced in building effective relationships through collaboration and negotiation across a wide range of stakeholders.
