Tom Diamond
Tom has recently joined SDC bringing extensive experience in community and primary care commissioning and modernisation which he gained whilst working at a number of Primary Care Trusts within London. He is particularly experienced in working with clinicians and senior managers in the development and review of service strategies, the designing of new models of care and care pathways, and performance improvement.
