Nikki Mackereth
Nikki has worked for 15 years within the NHS, in primary care and secondary care; with Health Authorities and voluntary agencies, as a registered nurse, project manager and most recently a health planner before joining SDC Consulting.
Nikki has a specialist knowledge in clinical practice, performance improvement and change management and has demonstrable experience in health planning.
Key skills include identifying and interpreting new models of health care and its supporting infrastructure, facilitating clinical user groups in the development of the clinical output specifications and the development of robust clinical plans, data analysis and production of schedules of accommodation and formulation of evaluation tools.
